MEDIA FACTORY has prepared a new and enhanced version of the “Hypotéka po webu“ website for Hypoteční banka.
The website of a successful and awarded project, www.hypotekapowebu.cz, has been completely redesigned and contains new features. Users interested in a mortgage loan find more information here. In addition to that, the user-friendly and graphically interesting website facilitates their orientation. Hypolinka is a brand new tool for booking and executing real-time consultations with a mortgage adviser via a web camera or a microphone. Besides mortgage loans, Hypotéka po webu of Hypoteční banka offers clients their current mortgages refinancing.
The website is managed with MEDIA FACTORY 2010, an advanced content management system, and is equipped with special individually tailored modules making communication between the bank and its clients more effective. The above mention Hypolinka is one of the modules. We believe the new design and functionality of the website will be positively appreciated by Hypoteční banka clients who will use this helpful and easily comprehensible tool.
„The new Hypotéka po webu design will lead our clients intuitively step by step. They can model their loan to comply with their needs. The second benefit is a guaranteed interest rate. If an applicant for a mortgage fills all required data truthfully, he or she will find out their interest rate. The interest rate is guaranteed for one whole month. In other words, the client will easily learn under what conditions the loan is available and which documents should be delivered by post or e-mail. They have to visit our branch only once in order to sign the credit agreement," said Miroslav Sága, Managing Director of Hypotéka po webu, about the project's advantages.
Since its launch in early 2009, Hypotéka po webu has been awarded with many prizes like 1st place in Bank of the Year competition (category Mortgage of the Year) or Stříbrná koruna (Silver Crown) in Mortgages category and Bronzová koruna (Bronze Crown) in Newcomers category of Zlatá koruna 2009 competition.
