Czech Centres Project Awarded IMA Outstanding Achievement

Czech Centres, a very interesting and extensive web project implemented by MEDIA FACTORY, was successful in Interactive Media Awards competition. It gained 475 point out of 500 in Travel/Tourism category and ranked high among other strong rivals.

MEDIA FACTORY Objective: Plug the Czech Republic in the Wide World

Czech Centres website is a portal globally promoting centres aiming to spread the knowledge about our country and its culture abroad. Each centre has its own on-line space and they use it to attract people with upcoming events, to publish news or to announce an interesting contest. Altogether the project comprised sixteen various languages and twenty countries.

Rich functionalities of the portal are enabled due to Baseon, a system developed in MEDIA FACTORY with emphasis on many diverse situations use. Czech Centres confirmed Baseon's versatility.


Award for Both Us and Czech Centres

Interactive Media Awards are presented by international jury of Interactive Media Council evaluated five aspects of the website - graphic design, content, functionality, usability and compatibility. We were pleased we did not go below 90 %. We believe the final score is a proof of a well-done work. We plan to improve details preventing us from better score in the future.
