MEDIA FACTORY is going to replace their current information system thanks to a grant from Prague and EU.
The project consists of replacing the current information system, built of a range of stand-alone applications, with a new one. The aim of the new information system implementation is particularly to raise work productivity and efficiency by procedure optimization and introduction of basic process rules. Administrative load reduction, centralization and accessibility of all data will be other positive results of the implementation together with a considerable modernization of user environment.
Implemented applications (modules):
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Microsoft Project Server, SharePoint Server
- Billing system
- DMS (Document Management System)
- Workflow
- Helpdesk - Service request management
Implementation of all the above-mentioned applications within one information system will enable efficient data sharing, their centralization, easy maintenance and aggregated manager outcomes which are necessary for continuous work productivity increase and gaining of a competitive advantage in the market.
