Ten pravý dárek (The Perfect Gift) is an OREA HOTELS project enabling sale of the hotel chain services like sojourns and accomodation, experience gastronomy, wellness or sports events in an original way. Visitors to www.tenpravydarek.cz microsite can easily and quickly choose a present for their close friends and relatives and may even attach their original note. The website went through important changes after its first successful year. The changes are result of a perfect client-digital agency partnership.

The project was implemented by MEDIA FACTORY as early as 2008 and the website has rapidly gained users and fans. However, this is not the final aim of the ambitious project of OREA HOTELS, the largest Czech hotel chain with more than 20 hotels all over the Czech Republic. The website was systematically monitored and carefully analyzed during the year and the results were used to make elaborated changes and optimizations. "We focused mainly on the website usability and other features that emerged from data on its visitors' behaviour. Our long-term co-operation on the project has proven to be a big and important advantage. Thus, we could use complex information to build upon," says Tomáš Klečka, Senior Project Manager at MEDIA FACTURY.

And what was result of the implemented modifications? Vojtěch Probošt, e-Marketing Manager at OREA HOTELS says, "We can be very satisfied from this point of view. The change was striking and immediate. The website traffic together with conversions, i.e. accomplished sales, has increased almost threefold. These and various other criteria positively confirm a significant improvement of the whole concept, which has been appreciated by our customers."

The whole process shows an appropriate strategy has been chosen, enabling the value of investment to increase and strengthening the project's online sales channel. Ten pravý dárek is a flexible presentation responding to visitors/customers' needs and behaviour and helping to increase quality of services and communication with the target group of the OREA HOTELS brand.
