To project a creative concept and a design of ČILICHILI, an online version of Vodafone’s customer magazine.


The customer magazine ČILICHILI belongs to the B2C segment and was founded in 2004. Its circulation has been approximately 130.000 a month since 2006. In addition to information about Vodafone services and products, it provides readers with a regular „portion of pretty spicy reading“. It gained the magazine several awards in the Best Trade Journal category of the Golden Semicolon competition.

Vodafone launched a full on-line version of its successful customer magazine on in 2008. The portal’s design is created by MEDIA FACTORY which supplies the project with graphic and creative parts. A daily updated content, videos, interactive applications and, of course, renowned ironic humor is offered daily by the lifestyle magazine on the Internet.

On the website, readers will not only find their favorite printed version sections enhanced by multimedia but also various blogs, videos, short films, competitions or interactive applications. Mainly these things enable personalizing the website, creating a content of one’s own and sharing it with friends.

The portal was redesigned in 2009. The innovated content is arranged into clearly defined categories and there are new added functions like an interactive events calendar. The portal is also connected to social networks Facebook and Twitter.

The web-based ČILICHILI will be introduced in a more user-friendly design by MEDIA FACTORY and with a completely new content on October 7th. We don’t give a damn about sections that nobody understands. The content will be divided into four categories: articles, videos, blogs, and topics.
